The Tamarisk Restaurant has been up and running since 1979 and shows no sign of slowing down. Over the years it has become a Green River classic and has cemented itself as the go-to place for tourists and travelers on their way to one of the many national and state parks within an hours drive.
The Tamarisk is located right on the banks of the mighty Green River which makes for some truly great scenery at sunset. Tour groups are always welcome and they offer a spacious banquet room featuring a panoramic view of the Green River.
