    Experience award-winning cuisine during the ski season at Deer Valley Resort. Start your day at one of our three day lodges which offer breakfast, lunch and an assortment of snacks.


    If you’re hungry on the mountain, no problem. Stop in at Cushing’s Cabin or Snowshoe Tommy’s for a quick bite or beverage.


    Our evening dining features five unique experiences which include Seafood Buffet, The Brass Tag, The Mariposa, Royal Street Café and Fireside Dining.


    The Deer Valley~Grocery Café is the perfect place to pick up grocery items and house-prepared take-away entrées. You can also enjoy breakfast, lunch and early supper year-round.


    Summer Dining
    Enjoy the mountain scenery while dining on the deck at Royal Street Café, which offers creative American and international cuisine for lunch, or grab a quick bite at the Silver Lake Snack Shack.


    Or take in the view and mountain air while dining lakeside on the outdoor deck at Deer Valley® Grocery~Café which offers breakfast, lunch and early supper. Deer Valley summer dining also includes dinner at The Brass Tag featuring Deer Valley-inspired brick oven cuisine.

Summer at Deer Valley Resort

Deer Valley® is an ideal place to spend time this summer with lift-served mountain biking, hiking and scenic chairlift rides, outdoor dining, Summer Adventure Camp for children and concerts in the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater. The same level of service for which Deer Valley is known during the winter remains true in the summer. Deer Valley offers an all-inclusive operation with mountain bike rentals and instruction as well as guided hiking tours. The Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater is home to many outdoor concerts and events, including Utah Symphony's Deer Valley® Music Festival, Park City Institute’s St. Regis Big Stars, Bright Nights Outdoor Concert Series, the Grand Valley Bank Community Concert Series presented by Mountain Town Music and performances presented by The State Room. Deer Valley also provides a variety of lodging options with resort managed properties and local vacation planners.
