Cancellation Policy:
If a reservation that is made by calling the motel directly at 435-564-3452 is cancelled 24 hours or more prior to the arrival date, no cancellation fee will apply. If given less than 24 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
If a reservation that is made online or through the 1-800 number is cancelled 24 hours or more prior to the arrival date, a 15% cancellation fee will apply. If given less than 24 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
No-Show Policy:
Customers who do not cancel or show up for their reservation will be charged 100% of the amount of a one-night stay.
