Conveniently located within walking distance to the Town Lift and historic Main Street. Built in 1916, the 817 Woodside Home is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. The home of a prominent local Park City artist, this comfortable home is filled with local artist's paintings and 3-D art. The vacation home features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with gas fireplace. The bedding offers 1 queen bed in the first bedroom and one full size/double bed in the second bedroom. 817 Woodside offers complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer. Guests will receive a parking pass at check in. (The kitchen does not offer a dishwasher; bathroom offers a shower but no bathtub).
Rentals include the check out clean only (no additional housekeeping is included). Winter: Reservations cancelled (or nights reduced) 46 days or more prior to arrival, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee plus forfeiture of the non-refundable reservations fee of 3% + tax. Reservations cancelled 45-31 days prior to arrival willforfeit the initial deposit of 2 nights and the non-refundable reservations fee+tax. Reservations cancelled (or nights reduced) 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. Property highly recommends the purchase of trip cancellation insurance.
Summer: Reservations cancelled (or nights reduced) 15 or more days prior to arrival are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 14-0 days prior to arrival will forfeit 2 nights rate.
2-nights due at the time of booking + 5% reservation fee. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Once you’ve arrived in Park City: Proceed to the Jupiter Inn located at 2260 Park Avenue in Park City Utah 84060. The Jupiter Inn front desk is opened daily from 8am-9pm during the winter season and can be reached at 435-649-5100 x 2. If you anticipate arriving after 9pm, please contact the Jupiter Inn front desk at least 5 days prior to your arrival to obtain after hours check in codes for the lockbox. The after hours check in lockbox is located just inside the South building’s foyer next to the elevator. To enter the foyer, enter the door code on the exterior keypad to unlock the glass entry doors. Enter the foyer and you’ll find the metal lockbox attached to the wall near the elevator. Enter the lockbox code (call our office at least 5 days prior to arrival to obtain the lockbox code), turn the knob and collect your check in packet with room code and the condo number that has been reserved for your stay. *Proceed to the 817 Woodside Avenue home.* Parking pass will be provided at check in.
