This beautiful 2 bedroom, and 2 bath Moose Hollow condo, sleeps eight, is ideally located at Wolf Creek Resort.

Just inside the door, is a family living area with a sofa sleeper. A gas fireplace and TV/DVD in the living area provide entertainment and relaxation. The living room is open to the kitchen, which has a fully equipped kitchen and offers everything a cook can dream of: skillets and pots, a pasta pot, great knives, cake pans, a mixer and blender, as well as cute moose silverware. A crock pot is provided so you can have a hot meal waiting after your long day on the slopes. The western feel is enhanced by granite counters and slate floors.

The main floor bedroom has a Queen bed, TV and DVD player and private balcony overlooking the pool/hot tub area.

Upstairs you will find a western style master bedroom with an enormous King-sized bed and down comforters with western flair. Also, a comfortable futon sofa provides an additional sitting space, which easily converts to a full sized bed, which would be great for your kids.

Cancellation Policy

Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed, faxed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager. If cancellation is received more than thirty (30) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 100% of the sums paid, less a 10% cancellation fee.  If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 days or less prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate.  If the notice of cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid. There will be a $50 processing/handling fee for all changes to your reservation.  There are no refunds for early departures, delayed arrivals, inclement weather or reduction in the number of nights reserved for any reason. Travel insurance is highly recommended. If the subject property becomes unavailable or unsuitable for rent for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, casualty loss, construction delays, physical deterioration or loss of utility services, the Lodging Manager may substitute a comparable property or cancel the reservation, the Lodging Managers liability will be limited to the return of all monies paid on account at the time of cancellation. In the unlikely event Manager cancels your reservation; every attempt will be made substitute the rental with a like-kind or all monies received will be refunded to Tenant within 5 business days of cancellation notice.

VACATION RENTAL INSURANCE-  CSA Vacation Rental Insurance has been offered with your reservation.  Vacation Rental Insurance reimburses for pre-paid, non-refundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses.  We strongly recommend you purchase this valuable protection. 

Deposit Policy

An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required within 5 days of receipt of confirmation of reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to the check-in date will require full payment via credit card, cashier’s check, wire transfer, certified check or money order.  Regardless of date of confirmation, the total amount due must be received by Lodging Manager no later than 15 days prior to the Check-in Date. FAILURE TO RECEIVE THE AMOUNT DUE WITHIN THE DATES SPECIFIED MAY RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION. If paying by check and check is returned for NSF, there is a $50 service charge per occurrence. Keys or entry code will not be issued until the final payment has posted to Lodging Manager’s Client Trust Account. Keys or entry code WILL NOT be issued with a balance owing or without a signed rental agreement in Lodging Manager’s, possession. Should Tenant fail to make Final Payment in full by the due date, Lodging Manager may in its sole discretion deem the reservation null and void, or charge the Final Payment to the credit card, if any, used by Tenant for the initial rental deposit. Payments for foreign reservations must be made in U.S. funds by money order, wire transfers, or cashier’s checks payable on a U.S. bank. Unless otherwise specified all rates are quoted in US dollars plus any applicable taxes.
