Cancellation Policy

Winter Cancellation Policies: Holiday, Sundance and Presidents Day weeks – Cancellations made 61 days or more prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to $50 plus the reservations fee amount. Cancellations made 60-46 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to two nights lodging rate (the initial deposit) plus the reservations fee amount. Cancellations made 0-45 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

Deposit Policy

An initial deposit of 2 nights lodging plus reservations fee amount and tax is due at the time of booking. Your final payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival date.

Checkin Policy

Settlers Ridge guests will check in at the Park Avenue Condominiums clubhouse located at 1705 Captain Molly Drive (across from the Fresh Market Grocery store). For after hours arrivals, please contact our Reservations office at least 5 days prior to your arrival at 800-245-6417 x 2 for lockbox instructions. Park Avenue Front Desk/Office Hours: 4/13-5/25: Closed - check in via Park Avenue lockbox. 5/26-9/2: 11am-10pm daily. 9/3-12/1: Closed - check in via Park Avenue lockbox. 12/2-4/12: 8am-9pm daily. Bedding varies per unit.
