Located just 200 yards from the First Time chairlift at the base of Park City Mountain Resort, the spacious, comfortable, and fully-furnished 2- and 3-bedroom condos at All Seasons are ideal for guests with multiple interests and agendas.

Beyond its proximity to Park City Mountain Resort, All Seasons sits alongside the Park City Municipal Golf Course, which transforms into a cross country skier’s dream in winter, winding through rolling low hills and snow-tipped old growth trees. And Park City’s Historic Main Street – with its famous boutiques, restaurants, galleries, and nightlife – is just a half mile away, easily accessible via free city buses or our complimentary local shuttle.

Guests enjoy our year-round outdoor therapy pool as well as our extra-spacious communal decks which face the adjacent ski mountain and are the perfect place to sit on a sunny day and soak up a bit of the winter’s southern sun. Cancellation Policy

Winter (November 21 - April 15):

There is no penalty for cancellations within 48 hours of initial booking. Cancellations between 48 hours of booking and either 45 or 60 days* of arrival forfeit the 20% deposit; for cancellations within either 45 or 60 days* of arrival, all payments will be forfeited.

*60 days for Christmas/New Years, Sundance, and President's holiday dates.

Summer (April 16 - November 20):

There is no penalty for cancellations prior to 3 days of arrival; cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will forfeit 20% of reservation value.

Travel Protection Plan
The 2014-2015 winter alone resulted in 63,000 flight cancellations due to weather, affecting 4.5 million passengers and costing them upwards of $2.2 billion in unplanned out-of-pocket expenses. The long-planned vacation can also quickly turn into a short-lived dream due to illness, injuries, loss of a passport or visa, and many other events.

That's why All Seasons Resort Lodging offers a Travel Protection Plan as an additional service to our guests. It's simple. A 7% charge of gross lodging cost, including tax, can be added to your reservation within 48 hours of making the reservation. This fee covers you, should any unforeseen event arise that impacts your vacation.

If you choose to opt-out, you are agreeing to the strict, 100% lodging forfeiture policy in place due to any delay or cancellation of your vacation. Accidental Damage Protection Accidents happen. Fortunately, when you book directly with All Seasons Resort Lodging, you're automatically protected from any liability due to unintentional damage to the rental unit in which you're staying. Deposit Policy

Winter (November 21 - April 15):

A 20% lodging deposit is required 48 hours after booking. The balance is due in full either 45 or 60 days* prior to arrival.

*60 days for Christmas/New Years, Sundance, and President's holiday dates.

Summer (April 16 - November 20):

A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Full payment is due 3 days prior to arrival.

Other Fees/Policies
Checkin Policy

If you are checking in after hours, you will need access to the after hours check-in safe, located next to the front desk. We suggest calling the front desk 48 hours prior to arrival as the check-in code is subject to change. The after hours check-in code is: "ENTER," "1233," "ENTER." Inside the safe you will find an after hours check-in packet with your name and reservation information. If you experience any difficulty with this process please call the Night Manager at 435-513-1941.
