Accommodation Types
Covered Wagon
Three different options. Amenities include: king or queen beds, private indoor bath with a shower, private flushing toilet and sink, central heating and cooling, and optional outdoor kitchen. Two of these units include personal hot tubs as well.
Luxury Teepee
Each Teepee comes with a personal hot tub, an outdoor kitchen that includes a private grill, sink, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, ice maker, and a fire pit. Enjoy a plush king size bed, walk-in rainfall shower, and indoor bathrooms with flushing toilets.
Cliff Dwelling
Enjoy the perfect view on your own rooftop deck while you relax in a private hot tub. Each unit also includes a private BBQ grill and fire pit; two comfortable queen beds or a single king, a private bath, central heating and cooling, kitchenette complete with cookware, microwave, refrigerator, and a two burner cook top.
RV Sites (Coming Soon!)
The RV Sites are a minimum of 30′ wide and have varying lengths from 50′, 60′, 70′, 80′, and 100′.
Personal amenities include; a pool (coming soon!), hot tub, pickleball courts, fishing ponds, and walking trails. Each pull-through site has double sewer cleanouts, 30 and 50 amp service, water, and a concrete patio. The landscaping on each site keeps cool with grass and shade trees.
Check in and Check Out policies
Check in is after 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the registration office before 9:00 a.m. to find out if accommodations can be made. Late check-outs, if allowed, extend only until 12:30 pm and have a non-refundable fee of $50 paid in advance.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date, there will be a $50 cancellation fee per reservation. Please note that reservation fees made at booking are non-refundable.
For cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 7 days before the check-in date, there will be a 50% cancellation fee per reservation. Reservation fees made at booking are non-refundable.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date or in the case of a no-show, no refunds will be provided. Reservation fees made at booking are non-refundable.
