UVU Museum of Art at Lakemont

The Utah Valley University Museum of Art supports the University’s academic mission and promotes public appreciation and enjoyment of the visual arts by encouraging critical thinking and visual literacy through the exploration of art, ideas, and experiences.

Museum Hours
Tuesday: 1:00 - 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday – Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Closed Sunday and Monday

The Museum follows Utah Valley University’s calendar for holiday and inclement weather closures. 

Please visit the museum’s website for closures due to private event rentals.

Open Studios
Select Wednesdays from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. in the Art Haus

(Upcoming dates: May 22, 29; June 5, 12, 26; July 10, 17, 31; August 7, 14, 21, 28; September 4, 11, 18, 25; October 2)

These short-form studio classes offer hands-on activities open to all ages. Each activity connects to the artworks on display in their galleries. 

Art for All 
Select Saturdays from 11:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.

Join us at the Museum's Art Haus one Saturday per month for a free, hands-on activity open to all ages. Art for All sessions are community-based and community-driven projects that connect us with art and with each other!

First Fridays
During the first Friday of every month, the Museum is open for extended hours from 10:00am-8:00pm. They offer special activities in the evening, perfect for a date night or family activity!
