Guests staying in the summer can enjoy an outdoor movie on the lawn in front of the bed and breakfast. Watch the sunset over the canyon while enjoying a movie, bonfire, S'mores and popcorn.

Ed Erglis Photography Workshops

If you're interested in photography while you're staying in the beautiful Bryce area, be sure to check out the owner's photography workshops. International award winning photographer Ed Ergilis offers 1 on 1 photography workshops in the morning or evening at the location of your choice. You will learn techniques, instructions, composition and tips on capturing the best photos.

This is training for those who can photograph in raw format and have some knowledge about it. Tripod and camera will be needed. More information

Room Options

Under the Rim - 1 King Bed

Their premier suite, this spacious guest room features a comfortable king size bed. It is located on the second floor and has an attached sitting room with twin leather chairs where guests can enjoy the spectacular views of Bryce Point.

Bristle Cone Pine - 1 King Bed

This corner room has a large window facing west that has spectacular Bryce Canyon views. This room is located on the second floor and features a comfortable king size bed.

Queen's Garden - 1 King Bed - 1 King Bed, 1 Full Size Bed & 1 Trundle Bed

With a king bed, full size bed and trundle bed, this room is perfect for families.

Mossy Cave - 1 King Bed

Mossy Cave is a corner unit located on second floor. This fun room celebrates angling adventure in the great outdoors. Mossy Cave features a King size bed for a comfortable night’s sleep. The large window provides grand views of Powell Point, where you will be able to witness the glorious sunrises in the morning.

Navajo Loop - 1 King Bed, 1 futon sofa

Guests staying in this second floor room can enjoy views of Powell Point from the large window. This room features a king size bed and a futon sofa.

Fairly Land - 1 Queen Bed

Fairyland is the newest addition to the Inn. It is named after one of the most beautiful trails in Bryce National Park. It features a cozy Queen size bed for a restful night’s sleep, along with a sitting area with two large windows overlooking the wooded area of the yard with Bryce Canyon views. The room has an attached bath with a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower chamber. It has a corner location with a convenient outside exit.

Peek-A-Book - 1 Queen Bed

This room is named after the Peek-a-Boo trail in the park. Located on the ground floor, guests staying in this room can enjoy the Southwestern decor, a queen bed, built in fireplace, rocking chair and mini fridge.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

14 days before date of arrival the entire deposit refunded, minus a $25 non-refundable processing fee.

First night's rate is forfeited if canceled within 14 days of arrival.

Full amount is forfeited if canceled within 7 days of arrival.

No shows aren't refundable. Your room is held for you to show up.

No refunds on early departures.

Cancellations and modifications made by you are not considered confirmed until you receive confirmation by us via email.

Cancellation by Them

Should it become necessary for them to cancel a booking they will contact you immediately. Any payments made will be refunded in full. Should you wish too, they will attempt to book you into another local bed and breakfast of the same or similar standard of room(s). Should this establishment be more expensive than Bryce Trails Bed and Breakfast, they will pay the difference for the first night of your stay. Their liability will not extend beyond these conditions.

Check-in/Out Policies

• Check-in time is between 3PM and 9PM
• Check-out time is by 11AM

Other Fees/Policies

They are a smoke/vape free and open flame free environment. Smoking/vaping is permitted in the yard or parking lot.

Guests are responsible for missing items from the room and will be charged for full replacement value.

Guests are responsible for damage done in the room and will be charged full restoration cost plus any lost revenue from being unable to rent the room. Foul smells is considered damage.

Children over 7 are welcome when accompanied by a well behaved parent or guardian and supervised at all times. The B&B is not really suitable for children and many guests come here for relaxation and to be away from their own children, so please be mindful and respectful of that. Disruptive guests (of any age) may be asked to leave without refund. We do not have any toys, cribs, plastic ware or any other baby/toddler related equipment.

Any guest under the age of 18 cannot occupy a room without a parent or guardian.

Sorry, no pets of any kind are allowed at Bryce Trails B&B unless required by law

Backyard of Bryce Trails B&B is for owners and innkeepers use only, no exceptions.

Breakfast is served in the dining room beginning between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m.. For early breakfast, special dietary requirements, or for any other special need, please check with them so that they can make special arrangements. Price includes a full Country Gourmet Breakfast for two. $25 per additional person (children charged same as adult). Children 7 years and older are welcome.
