Located in the canyon east of Mapleton, in a very pleasant setting in maple and cottonwood trees. There are mountainous horse trails, hiking trails, wildlife viewing and fishing opportunities.

Sites: 18 single, 8 double sites, 2 group sites
Facilities & Services: Drinking Water, vault toilets, fire rings, grills, picnic tables.
Pets: Pets must be leashed. Leash no longer than 6 feet. Clean up after pet.
Restrictions: No discharge of firearms or fireworks. No OHV's/ATV's.
Rates: Single sites $20.00
Getting There: From I-15, exit at Springville (Exit 260). Go East 2 miles to intersection of Main Street and 400 South. Turn right (South) on Main Street, staying in the right lane toward Highway 89/Price. Continue approx. 2.3 miles to Maple Street. Turn left (East) on Maple/State Hwy 147 for approx. .9 mile to Main Street in Mapleton. Turn left (North) on Main Street. Turn right (East) on 400 North. Drive East on 400 North for approx 2.7 miles until you reach Whiting Campground.
