Zion River Resort

In this green valley oasis, nestled beside the tranquil Virgin River, and surrounded by painted mountains, guests of Zion River Resort enjoy the best facilities and service. This resort has been designed to accommodate the smallest to the most sophisticated recreational vehicles on the road today. Their friendly staff and hospitality brings vacationers and snowbirds back year after year.
The single room, 4-person cabin offers a queen bed, one set of bunk beds, side table and two chairs, heating, air-conditioning, and cable television. The two-room, up to 6-person cabin has the same features with the queen bed in the front room and two sets of bunk beds in the second room.
Outside of each cabin is a front porch, fire ring, and picnic table. The restrooms are in the Comfort Station across from the cabins. Cooking, pets, and smoking are not allowed in any cabin. You will need to bring bed linens, blankets, pillows and towels.
This spacious 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath Suite is decorated with an air of rustic elegance and includes sky lights, wood floors, and a wrap-around deck. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with essential items including a dishwasher and microwave. You have satellite TV when you relax on the leather sofa in the living room. A work desk is perfect for your laptop to keep up on emails with our free high-speed wireless internet.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and an adjacent half bathroom. All towels and linens are provided.
For your comfort, each site has full hook-ups, a shade tree, fire ring, picnic table, free Wi-Fi, and cable television. Pull thru sites are 60-70 feet long with a concrete pad and a grassy area perfect for relaxing on your lounge chair.
Riverside Back-In sites average 40-50 feet deep, have gravel, and the Virgin River flowing behind them. There is a berm running along the river’s edge for the protection of our young guests; however, you can hear the river running all year.
Standard Back-In sites range from 30-40 feet deep, have 30 amp electric, and are available with either a concrete pad & grass or gravel only
Tent sites are located beside the Virgin River, have small pea gravel, a fire ring, picnic table, and electrical outlet. Potable water is located at either end of the tenting area. The camper kitchen is available for cooking and washing dishes. The restrooms, showers, and laundry are close to the tent area. All resort facilities are included.

For RV, Tent, and Cabin sites, a $25.00 deposit is taken at the time the reservation is made. With at least 7 days notice of cancellation, the deposit will be returned less a $5.00 cancellation fee.
Reservations that fall within the Easter, Memorial, or Thanksgiving holidays require a $50.00 deposit at time of reservation. With at least 14 days cancellation notice, the deposit will be refunded less a $5.00 cancellation fee.
The suite requires a one night deposit at the time of reservation and 14 days cancellation notice. With at least 14 days notice of cancellation, the deposit will be returned less a $25.00 cancellation fee.
To secure your reservation, you can pay your deposit by MasterCard, Visa, or Discover. When you check in, you may use any of the above or cash (personal checks not accepted).
Zion River Resort looks forward to your arrival as early as 12PM. However, if you are staying in one of the Rental units, your arrival time is 3PM (housekeeping has a little work to do prior to your arrival). On your scheduled departure date, Zion River Resort invites you to stay until 12PM – why not enjoy a relaxing morning before heading out on the road?
