Just outside the park, there is world-class slickrock mountain biking areas. The most famous of these areas is the Gooseberry Mesa which is regarded as the premier slickrock riding area in Utah. The Goose offers a wide variety of terrain ranging from easy double-track riding to technical slickrock. Throughout the day you are rewarded with outstanding views of Zion and the surrounding Pine Valley mountains.
