Roadside Ruin Trail Length: 0.3 miles round trip Difficulty: Easy Description: This short, easy hike allows visitors to see an ancient ancestral Puebloan granary built of stone and dried mud. Trailhead This hike is in the Needles District of Canyonlands National Park. The trailhead is located along the main access road (Route 211), just past the Visitor Center. It is signed and is on the left as you are driving into area. Granary Ruin The rock granary is built into the rocks a short distance east of the road. From the parking area just follow the obvious trail across the flat and into the rocky area. The trail will take you right up to the ruin.
