Our Guarantee

Utah.com guarantees all products shipped are in good condition as provided by manufacture or publisher. We shall replace any product that is damaged through shipping if you submit proof of damage. Unused items that are in re-saleable condition may be returned according to our Return Policy. All return or replacement requests must be within 15 days of receipt of product. Call Customer Service at 801-356-9077 for all returns and damaged goods.

Shipping

For online orders we use USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are provided by USPS and UPS directly. Orders received before 1:00 PM MST will usually ship the same day.

Free Shipping offers are only for the continental United States, and are shipped ground, unless otherwise specified.

Payment Methods

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Our credit card processing is provided by Authorize.net. The company name Utah.com will appear on your credit card statement.

International Orders

Utah.com accepts international orders. We do not charge tax or duties. Your home country may charge additional duties or taxes. You may wish to check with the appropriate government agency in your country if there will be any additional duties, taxes or fees. Depending on the country in which you live, alternative payment methods may be required.

Return Policy.

We understand the possibility of defective/damaged merchandise and incorrect orders. Our Customer Service department is available to assist you with your return. You must contact our Customer Service department by calling 801-356-9077 within 15 days of receipt of the order.

    Here are the rules for your return.
  • Cancelled orders must be called in immediately (same day, e-mails are not accepted) to avoid cancellation fee (shipping cost + credit card processing fee). For any refused package or any returns to Utah.com due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund back to your credit card less shipping charged + credit card processing fee.
  • Refund will be issued at the original purchase price less Shipping and Credit Card Processing fee.
  • Customer must inform Utah.com of any order discrepancy within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • You must request a return for refund or replacement within 15 days of the delivery date. No refunds or exchanges after 15 days.
  • Customer agrees that all non-defective items returned will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging materials. Utah.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s). The same applies if the product has scratches or excessive wear. Please allow 2 to 5 business days to process your returns after they have been received.
  • Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to Utah.com. Customer agrees to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the return products during shipment. When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages.
  • All non-defective items returned are subject to a 5% Credit Card Processing fee.
