From après ski to after hours, Park City's restaurants, clubs and entertainment venues offer visitors plenty of options for evening activities.
Attracted by the great skiing and relaxed mountain lifestyle, celebrated chefs from around the world call Park City home. Over 100 restaurants offer everything from casual pub fare and family dining to ethnic restaurants and elegant sophistication.
Park City's dining scene has gone from simmering to sizzling as local chefs and restaurants earn praise from culinary critics. The Riverhorse Restaurant received the coveted DiRoNa award for excellence in dining, and it is the only restaurant in Utah to win both this and Mobile's Four Star Award.
Wahso, a Park City Asian grill, was named "one of the 10 Best Restaurants in the World" by Fodors. Jean Louis Montecot, member of the Cordon Bleu Society, recently opened his own restaurant, the Jean Louis Restaurant and Bar, to the delight of loyal fans. 350 Main's Michael LeClerc is one of five chefs in the country to win the "Platinum Carrot Award," and the eatery is frequently named "Best Restaurant" in Salt Lake Magazine's annual Dining Awards. Wine Spectator bestowed its "Award of Excellence" to at least ten restaurants for wine selection and service.

This former silver-mining town boasted 23 saloons during its heyday in the mid-1800's--one for practically every interest group. That trend continues, and the only things "dry" around here are the snowflakes and the martinis. Night owls will want to check out the pubs, clubs and wine bars lining historic Main Street for action after dark. Dance the night away, share a Polygamy Porter or other local brew at area pubs, or sample organic and boutique wines from extensive lists at one of Park City's intimate wine bars. Live bands are featured almost nightly, and the "Off the Top" comedy troupe performs once a month at the Sidecar Bar. Some clubs have a cover charge or temporary membership.
Performance art is another dynamic part of Park City's cultural scene. The historic Egyptian Theatre on Main Street offers live theater and annual follies. Some past shows include: Little Shop of Horrors; White Christmas; Tommy; Patsy Cline; and Seussical the Musical.
The George & Delores Eccles Center features internationally known musicians, dance troupes and other entertainers throughout the year at their state-of-the art theater.
The Sundance Film Festival in January, the annual Winterfest in February, and food and wine festivals in February and March are only some of the exciting events during Park City's winter season.
