River - Cataract Canyon
The Colorado River through Cataract Canyon has it all: breathtaking scenery, easy floating and wild, Class lll whitewater. Add to that rollicking mini-expeditions by foot in Utah's dramatic canyon country among multi-million-year-old rock formations and you have an adventure suitable for the whole gang. Explore Canyonlands National Park in the wake of the John Wesley Powell expedition of 1869 – from the wild wet waters of the Colorado in an O.A.R.S. raft or even a dory. No fear? Crank your adventure up a notch with a rafting trip down Cataract Canyon in late spring. Snowmelt from the Rockies yields big runoff and massive Class lV-V rapids and some of the country's most ferocious whitewater.

Included: professional river guides, guided hikes, all meals while on the river, top-notch expedition equipment, and an optional scenic flight from the take-out back to Moab.
