Brian Head Resort is the region’s finest summer alpine resort destination. Located in scenic Southern Utah, adjacent to all-weather Interstate 15, it is an easy one-day drive from Southern California, and a quick three-hour trip from the southern Wasatch Front communities in Utah. The Resort is located adjacent to the spectacular red rock amphitheatre of Cedar Breaks National Monument, and is situated in the heart of the Grand Circle of National Parks, including Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Parks.

Summer and fall adventures in the area are many, and include scenic chairlift rides to a cool 11,000 feet above sea level, world class mountain biking, hiking, ATV tours and rentals, horseback riding, a wide variety of spa treatments at the Cedar Breaks Lodge & Spa, white water rafting, dining, fishing, and attending the Tony Award-winning Utah Shakespearean Festival. In addition, the community will host a number of free concerts and other events throughout the summer. The Resort’s Activity Center, located at the base of the Giant Steps Chairlift, is the area headquarters for information, equipment rentals, mountain bike services, and more.

Voted “one of the 50 best bike trips on the planet” by Bicycling Magazine, Brian Head Resort’s Mountain Bike Park is one of only a few places in the country where riders can drop over 5,000 vertical feet on a mountain bike trail. Brian Head’s renowned trail system offers over 200 miles of single-track trails, has been featured in various mountain bike magazines, and offers one of the most extensive mountain bike trail networks found anywhere on earth. The Mountain Bike Park offers riders uphill access via daily shuttle service to trailheads and weekend chairlift service. The Mountain Bike Park rental fleet is stocked with over 50 new Cannondale and Gary Fisher full suspension and free ride mountain bikes, with models in all sizes including children’s bikes.
