Westminster College Executive Education presents a lecture, “Rethink, Reinvent, Reposition,” by Leo Hopf, a renowned international consultant. The lecture will be held in the Bill and Vieve Gore School of Business Auditorium. Hopf will demonstrate fresh strategies for breathing new life into your organization through innovative models and decision-making techniques. Hopf’s presentation will increase your strategic thinking capabilities as you learn how to define the renewal process and its strategic role in dealing with the inevitability of the business lifecycle, and use tools and frameworks to make great decisions about renewing and running your business.

Leo Hopf received his Master of Business Administration from Dartmouth College. His professional experiences include Business and Portfolio Strategies, Business Divestiture, Organizational Design, and Growth Strategy. Hopf is also the author of the book “Rethink, Reinvent, Reposition: 12 Strategies to Renew Your Business and Boost Your Bottom Line.” Currently, he is the CEO of Teamhopf and teaches courses at Stanford University and Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota.
