Come spend the first half of the evening with Amahl, a young crippled boy since birth, and his miraculous encounter with the three wise men searching for a new king. Amahl is a moving story of forgiveness and selflessness and a miracle that cures him. Then, finish the evening with a jubilant sing-along of Handel's beloved Messiah. Join the ULO chamber players and soloists for the perfect way to "sing in" the holiday season. Featured artists include Tyler Nelson (San Francisco Opera), Diane Thueson Reich (Utah Festival Opera), and well-known author of Joyful Noise, Tim Slover, who will narrate the sing-along. Isaac Hurtado is stage director, with Reed Criddle leading the chamber orchestra.
