Offside tells the story of several young Iranian girls who are arrested after dressing up as boys in order to watch a football match in Tehran’s Azadi Stadium. This heartwarming comedy is based on real-life events during one country’s battle for equality.

In partnership with the Salt Lake Film Society, the presentation of Offside is part of a series of film screenings that will appear at the Tower Theatre throughout the school year. The Ivory Tower films are selected and introduced by Westminster students.
