Length: 22 miles
Difficulty: Most Difficult
Description: This singletrack trail stretches from Park City to The Canyons, following the mountain contour at about the 8,000 foot level. Various options exist to tailor the ride, which can stretch up to 22 miles, with considerable elevation change.
The trail is rated as advanced because of its length, the elevation change, and because sections are rocky.
The official trailhead is on Crescent Road near Park City Mountain Resort. Follow the Spiro Trail up the mountain for about 3.5 miles, until the Mid-Mountain Trail forks to the north.
After forking from the Spiro Trail, the Mid-Mountain angles north through the forest, affording occasional views of the Park City area.
The trail winds down the mountain through The Canyons Resort.
When you get back down to the highway, you can jump onto the Paved Olympic Trail and ride back to Park City.
